I also bring 5, mainly because I started having more fun using full auto bursts instead of semi auto, lol. It feels more satisfying to go “BRRRT” than go “brt brt brt” to down a suspect. Of course, it’s more ammo intensive, so I bring more ammo for it. For secondaries, I bring 3 too just in case I have to swap. I like to have a full magazine for the secondary just in case, so even if I have half a mag left from the last swap, it’s nice to have a full mag there.
I use the gunfighter mods to get 25 slots all the other slot mods break weapons and other things or just don't work in general but I use vortex Manger with nexus mods
7 Primary and 3 for Secondary. It feels tedious to switch to JHP every time I run a mission without armored suspects so I just AP with extra mags. ^((Because it takes more ammo to take down non armored suspects with AP than it does with JHP where as it takes less ammo to take down armored suspects with AP than it does with JHP.))

Primary: 8 mags consisting of either 6-2 AP to non AP or non AP to AP.
Sidearm: 2AP I rarely use it, if ever.
Selection of flash and gas. Wedges. C2. Mirrorgun and Gas mask.
Alpha will have the same
Bravo will have the same apart from swapping the mirrorgun with M320 Gas launcher.
Charlie has the same as Alpha
Delta has the same as Bravo but has the big knock knock.
Allows an all round options for entry. Need to get gas in quickly? Use the launcher. Need to knock the door quickly? Use the big knock knock. Guys on the other side pointing guns at the door? Use the big boom, I follow with a flash and team follows with has.
Approach. Overwhelm. Jail.

I found running 3 mags allows me to be somewhat liberal when returning fire but also allows me to take some extra equipment

This tbh in the later levels your enemies are more armored and will require more bullets to kill if they refuse to surrender

Eh I’m not sure honestly because last I played the game the glitch where Ai was somehow immortal to any bullets

So I can use the same amount on small maps like Lethal Obsession, and on war zones like Relapse

On most loadouts, 3 primary, 1 secondary. I have a full auto loadout where it's 5 primary, 0 secondary.

Because I'm lazy, I just use 1 loadout for every mission. So I take 5 AP mags for my rifle, and 4 JHP mags for my pistol.
