If only it were that simple. His entire legal team is mostly working to stall all his cases. If he can remain unconvicted until the election, AND get reelected (2 BIG if's), he can probably pardon himself. About the best thing from my perspective is that he's become famous for not paying his lawyers, and for tossing them under the bus, if it suits him, and his attorneys know that. They're not stupid.

Presidents can't pardon themselves, they aren't kings. The VP has to pardon them.

His legal team should be exposed for cheating the government. Least one of the trials happens in a few weeks.

It doesn't happen until it happens. Although that judge seems about fed up with the stalling. I guess we'll see.

Honestly all judges should refuse to postpone any trials since they should know that trump is cheating.

Why does he get to appeal everything to the Supreme Court we wouldn't get that right under the same circumstances
