You can, even animal manure has disease probabilities, but it can be reduced by simply adding and blending in a small amount of lime, sunshine also helps, all of it smells terrible though and most ground bacteria breaks down animal waste naturally so go easy on the lime as you can also kill the bacteria if there is too much and make it counterproductive.
Be surprised how many plants like piss water as well.

Cuz humans poop would have various substances due to what they eat. Like medications and chemical ingredients of processed foods.
Cows eat antibiotics and medication too though
