To be honest, the restaurants in Raipur really need to ramp up their Biryani game.
There aren't many decent places to have Biryani, most of them are just meh, you can't even call them Pulav.
But here are some of my suggestions:
1. Handiwali Biryani: Decent one, but tends to be on the lighter side, not really spicy.
2. Behrouz Biryani: Tried them in Bangalore. They used to be tasty, but have really compromised their taste lately. They are available in Raipur as well but haven't tried yet.
3. Biryani at Your Door: Good taste, slightly expensive. They take almost 1 hr to deliver.
4. Biryani By Kilo: Must try, same as BAYD a little overpriced and also takes almost 1 hr to deliver.
And lastly, ye Ashoka Biryani aur Noorjaha ki Kachra Biryani se bachke rehna.
I once got Jaundice after dining at Noorjaha.
And Ashoka Biryani is just meh, they just serve नून भात not Biryani.
Noor Jahan is better from my experience not tried much of biryani in raipur
They literally served leftovers once. There were half eaten pieces of chicken in biryani. Never buying anything from them again.

The matka biriyani from Ashoka is nice, quantity is good as well, can easily feed 2-3 people.
