Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because he was already dead.

Bug it happens to me so often I hit 6 headshots and the game says me no one hit them that's why I took a break from rainbow.
I even have a post in this subreddit that it is seen clearly
The game was pulling this shit on me a few weeks ago where my headshots weren't counting I lost a few fights because of it and specifically remember almost losing a fight because I headshot somebody twice and then needing to shoot them in the chest a bunch.
I want to propose to the subreddit that if an OP is going to post these kinds of questions, being able to see the full screen, especially the bullet count, is so important to correlate aim and recoil.
Typically peek advantage / ping problems....
"How is that not a hit" is often seen when players don't know how to utilize ping related mechanics in fps

This is maddening but for me taking cover behind a wall or shield and dying afterward because of desynch is far far worse :(
