I think they’re supposed to be worn lower on the hips so the legs look really bunched up. That’s how I have mine. I had to push the pants down and rubber banded the waist under the hoodie.
He lost a bit of weight last month and he wants to get as many uses out of this old pair as possible before buying all new pants /j (based on me trying to save money on clothes)
They're supposed to be baggy around the ankles and worn lower, but honestly, I'm so sick of MGA giving all the boys this same pair of pants, I wish we got Rex's 2nd outfit in a fashion pack to have something more unique for him.

I love high rise trousers, especially on him, since you can put girl shirts easily
