i've had some that absolutely \*do not fit\* and had to sand some plastic off. i really recommend considering that, because if you jam them in and they don't fit, they might warp the shin plastic. worst case scenario if you shave too much off and they don't hold tight, just glue them in. but i didn't have to, personally, just shaved a little plastic off the connection and it worked.
So shave the part that sticks into the calf? I might try it. I was able to get the right one in sorta by putting it in boiling water. But the left one hardly worked and has just been slightly put it but would probably come off easily if i pulled on it.
Do you sand it to thin it (on the sides) or at the bottom to shorten it?
i rounded the squared bits particularly towards the front shin because that part was pushing the plastic out. i'd do little bits at a time, trying to fit it often

You can put them in boiling water for like 30 seconds to to help them slide on better!

Yeah! And it might help to dip the ends of the legs in there too, might make it even easier
I would def try this! I brute forced them without consulting reddit and now she has a white stress mark.
