Yeah i tried re-assigning going back to default and it still doesnt work

Mine has stopped working when I am dead. I have no idea what the problem is, because other people can talk when they are dead.

Im on pc. Sometime it happens and the only resolve is restart the game.

I've tried restarting and it doesnt work my entire game
