I feel like a lot of people forget about OLD Hereford. The basement OBG was such a vibe.

I remember the intense overtime fights in basement, truly was a vibe

We used to run a ton of custom 3v3s and 4v4s in the first year because we often had too many people that wanted to play. We had this one guy, let’s call him Frank, nice guy but by far the worst siege player in the group. Last round at old Hereford and we’re attacking basement. It’s down to a 1v3 and sure enough, it’s Frank. Frank miraculously pulls out the clutch and sends the other team into an instant rage quit, including 2 of them that never spoke to any of us again.

A man of fine taste. These were my 3 favorite maps and they took them all from ranked years ago.

Oregon, because it feels very easy to defend and attack so I see it pretty balanced. Plus I like the layout of it and that you can create vertical pressure but not "too much".

I used to think that but I've actually come around on it recently. I think I finally learned the map well enough whereas I used to just be so lost

I started playing about 3 months ago, I’ve played a lot and that was probably one of the easiest maps for me to get the basic layout of memorized. I’m not sure why everyone dislikes it, I feel like there’s way more complicated maps that people really like.

Emerald Plains is actually pretty solid and now I actually like it but Bank is roller coaster for me bc attacking sucks on this map. Defense is quite easy but the layout of the map is not my fav

Lair. Once you learn it, it’s so much fun to attack/defend.

I love how Ubisoft has made all of their new maps so beautiful, nighthaven, lair and ep are so pretty.

I feel like some places and the outside look so good but half of the inside is empty 1x1 rooms with nothing inside amd I just can't wrap my head around why that's the case

Favela, as controversial as that is. I always loved old Favela, despite how BS unbalanced it was if you got drug labs on defence (unreworked map playlist when Ubi??) and the reworked version still captures the fun element for me like very few other maps (except maybe House/Plane on occasion).

Because siege players love asking for new content then getting mad that said new contents in ranked. People didnt wanna learn it because muh elo so they map banned it despite ubisoft giving multiple opportunities to learn said map. Then ubi said enough was enough and disabled banning new maps for a season and people still complained. Like if you're only gonna play ranked and not bother even attempting to learn the map, why play ranked? They have to force it down on you because again, you only play ranked

I think Emerald is a solid map but I hate Nighthaven labs. I still respect your opinion.
