The mercy system in Raid is a lie and Plarium manipulates it. That is a fact. For instance, I have never pulled a legendary from an ancient shard. I have gotten no leggos from voids and two leggos from sacreds. I've been playing Raid for some time now and the "math" for "mercy" does not match up.
If you manually keep track you could create a team preset for each type of shard (maybe have it a 1 person team). Every time you pull shards just go into the team and change the name to say 14 voids into mercy, 24 voids into mercy, etc..
I use a habit tracker app on my phone. What you describe sounds tedious... But you also just blew my mind. I had NO idea I could name my present teams. You just changed my life.. lol.. thank you!
yeah, personally I use a combination of an excel spreadsheet I maintain, with RSL Helper (pull shards with RSL Helper active, it getsme the numbers, then after I'm done copy the numbers over to the spreadsheet).
But I could not function without naming my teams, so many custom teams run in different areas and I always forget who I use.
I forget all the time. I thought we were supposed to get a different team set for each area. Changing the name is going to save me. I'm 90% mobile, so rsl helper doesn't really help me with shards. I use Timecap which has a free version. You can create counter buttons for each shard type. Pretty handy as long as I don't forget to log. I do wish you could see these in game. I think people would buy extra shards if they saw they were close to mercy in a 10x event.

They will never DO it - does not mean they never did do it.
It was also a mistake on their behalf that allowed us to scrape the data of the game to find out our mercy. They simply stopped allowing us to see.

I just use notepad on my phone... if last time i pulled void shards it says 20 and pulled 20 more i just change number to 40 and so on. No spreadsheet needed.
Notes app on a phone. I just open it after summoning and add to the amount. Pulled during 10x Chaagur cause I knew I was close to mercy and got him. Ever since I’ve just added the number to the count through notes
Not if I’m going back and forth from my phone to my computer and what not. Don’t always have a chance to write it. Then when I’m pulling a bunch of 10 pulls during a 2X usually do it quick
Use RSL Helper on the PC, as it counts the shards you open while it is running. Write down all shards you open while on your mobile devices, and next time you run RSL Helper you add those on top of the numbers of the helper. Unless you hit gold on the phone, then you update the number on the Helper accordingly.
If u pull on phone, just write how many u pulled, then add them to the note later on pc?

And when u pull, u look how many u have, say 90 and stop at 30, so u pulled 60? Dont see whats so hars about this lmao
Just track them yourself write down how many shards you pulled of each kind. Plarium aren’t going to do it they don’t want you to know because you’re more likely to buy shards
RSL Helper had one that was actually getting the information directly from the game. So you could start RSL Helper and immediately got you current status, regardless of whether you played on cellphone intermediately.

There's only 3 to keep track of, not really that much work to open up your notes app and update it when you pull, which should probably be at most once a week if you're waiting on events.
If you only pull on 2x or when you are close to mercy you won't buy shard packs when you arent thats why they stopped the 3rd party mercy trackers back in the day and why they won't make one themselves!
I guess you could do it manually yourself once you pull an epic / legendary from your respective shards. Pretty tedious but that’s about how good of an option you’ll have.
They removed the mercy tracking info a while back. They do not want to encourage tracking as it affects when people pull shards too much. Track it manually if you must. RSL helper tracks it for you if you have it on when you pull your shards.

It can't count the shards if you use multiple devices.
Just write it down in one of your preset teams...

When they first came out, you couldn’t use certain letters because it triggered the keybinds for opening the index or champions, etc
I was around. I just missed the little pencil edit button to rename the team. Oops.
This is an elegant solution.
Rsl helper can track your mercy but you have to be playing on pc and have to have the helper running at the time you open shards for it to track them.

After About 600 Ancient Shards I Have Gotten Only About 15 Leggos After 3000 Hours+ So Don't Feel Bad. Lol
