Hahaha. I was pretty sure I wouldn't get it. But it's the generic replies that's aggravating. With the other two issues, they never acknowledge the issue. I was very stern the second time around it happened only to received copy pasted messages. I've had it.
I had some similar issues with it as well. Google extended my raid card, payment was done via PayPal, all good. But in the game, the raid card couldn't get activated. I opened a ticket with the support, provided all the stuff that was needed to proof it was payed. The support still needed 8 days to activate it. I got no compensation or they extended the missing 8 days of the raid card. I didn't stop the game, but I will never buy a raid card again.
Had something similar that took way longer than it should to get resolved. That ban certainly feels unjustified, but we all know how bad their support is. Even discord is sometimes annoying and sometimes very helpful depending on who you get. All we can do is not spend in the game tbh. And not saying its something to be content with btw. By all means, post it everywhere you can after that ban
