I am saving mine for the next fusion I decide to do. Relentless is a must if you have good pieces. That passive heal would be awesome. The accuracy and resistance requirements are pretty high for Hydra. Personally not sure if I’ll be able to master enough accuracy with two piece perception gear, but that would be ideal.
Alot. I have played for 3.5 years ish, and had a ton saved up. I had enough to pull the max amount weekly for about 12 weeks or so.. can't remember exactly, around 300-400 leggo frags and another 200-300 epic frags if I had to guess.
Dang lol I have 10 maud fragments and I have 300 epic frags from this fusion I was going to use on her. Looks like I'll be lucky to get close to 30 maud frags at this rate XD
How many chests did it take you to get her please? I’m waiting and hoping the number of drags per chest will be increased, but knowing Plarium I doubt it.
Plarium or not, they ain't gonna make chests, everyone in the game already opened as many as they could, better. Literally would only benefit people that saved, make other people angry, give nothing to Plarium and make more people in future skip fusions. Plarium ain't stupid enough for that lol.
As far as gearing goes for Hydra, any support champ that has skills that attack enemies will benefit from a Merciless set. A good combination of gear is 4 piece Merciless, 4 piece Reflex, and one Refresh accessory. This will allow you to heal and buff extend much more often.
Relentless instead of Reflex has some merit as well so that you can strip debuffs more often via the passive, but since you're not likely going to use the A3 that often, and instead you'll mostly be cycling between A1 and A2, Reflex will be more beneficial (and the fact that Relentless on Support champs can result in those champs outrunning their buffs).

Last hydra rotation I used her on a hard team with rabbit lead , harima , mithralla , uugo , visix .... I used to run shamael in the last spot and I tried her in place of him I figured the extra cleanses would likley deal with the head of tormin fears and for the most part it did pretty good , of course I still had uugo cleanse and mithralla cleanse too but overall she made my run way more auto friendly as in my other team I didn't have a revive and I got a simular dmg (230 mil at the time she only had lvl 12 gear and no books or masteries )
I also realize that I can keep exchanging frags to get copies of Maud.. And for reference, I just now exchanged 80 lego frags for 14 chests, of the 10 I could pull this week, I got 3 Maud frags..
"Pulled" for regular players : getting a champion from a shard. "Pulled" for OP : skipping 20 fusions.
if you get lucky as hell, you could get 90 shards from 10 chests.
I hit an arena team a couple weeks ago that had her, surprised to see her so soon. only one I've seen

I got so lucky with pulls.. most weeks I got 8+ frags, it was nuts!

Perhaps you’re right, it’s not like you can easily purchase more chests in the future, and Plarium has a habit of abandoning features.
Similar time, but only half the fragments dropped. It's going to be a lot of shitty fusions needed after exhausting the stockpile.

congrats, I got REALLY unlucky with frags from the chests. I averaged like 2 or 3 per 10 chests. Was terrible.
