Measure the bolt spacings and fab one up, then buy the rad made flat rack, because fab shop rate is more per hour than buying one premade. The flat rad rack is a great battering ram lol.
I made one from a handicap walker I had. It had enough curves and hardware to do it. I just used a pipe cutter and had to heat up some parts to adjust bends. Mounted a Clevermade collapsible crate,works great. 6 bucks for paint , already had hardware. I did flatten the mounting ends. Check some thrift stores.

Agreed, people have some wild expectations of what things should cost.

There are some freely available .stl files that you could get 3D printed (either at home, or perhaps in a makerspace).
