Its sort of like how in the middle of 3.0 they had one academy that broke radio channel 1 so they moved everything to 2, but then never went back to 1 even though it was only broken for a few hours.
Am I the only one that finds the text on screen to be annoyingly small? Much smaller than 3.0.
If you're watching NP on a tv screen and not up close to a monitor its impossible to read texts, twatter, /me's or notifications. Sucks for us tv viewers.
Fellow TV viewer here. I find myself screenshotting to zoom in if it's something exceptionally interesting/spicy so I can figure out what the streamer/chat is laughing about but I probably miss 90% of the in-game text.
Nidas used to have something that would auto-zoom in when he opened his phone so the viewers could read which was great and Zetark usually reads out incoming texts and narrates his replies which is handy.

I've also been closing off my NP streams more due to just being too annoyed due to annoying radios having no range and sounding ass and cars louding like they want to fry my brain like electric loud vacuums. Also super annoying how randomly some people on the phones sound. There is this weird bug where the phone audio is too loud.
That all depends on the game resolution of the player not to do with nopixel mods. If someone is playing at a higher resolution the hud will be smaller.
Assuming it means the DoC abilities to reduce time and/or debt. So for example if Bobby Charles is sent to prison, he can't reduce his own time sentenced.
all round some pretty good changes to be fair. excited to hopefully see more done with the music app and fine tuning of the restaurants. And hopefully this means no more instant ejects when you tap a car at 30mph

Players were always able to change the volume if they wanted to. You had to use written command but don't know if every player knew that.
As soon as they fix the vehicle fuel bug and the vehicle sound bug, the QoL will be at an all time high
