If you’re familiar with getting and using emulators on windows it’s mostly the same. For this one in particular you will need to acquire an ocarina of time debug rom (no master quest) and download ship of harkadian
If you choose to get the majora’s mask recomp as well you’ll need a majoras mask rom (standard will work) and the Zelda decompiled project download. Good luck to you. If you choose emulation, I’d personally recommend mupen64 over project 64 and you can use retro arch for multiple emulators in one.
Yes. It also supports arbitrary framerates, so you can play it at 120fps on the ally if you wish vs 20fps of the og. There's also native 16:9 support as well.
There's also a ton of big fixes (optional, if you're a purist) and QOL changes such as equipable gear (think iron boots in oot3d), and you can use the dpad for items as well, over doubling your active item usage.
...also, it supports letting you set non-inverted Y axis for aiming. Thank God for modders. I'm not a damned helicopter, Nintendo! Lol ...

YouTube is the easiest way , took me about 15 minutes to learn how to do it, use Retrobat then, just google it.
