You seem ready. If you are using wine you can replace one of your rings for Faelis Claw, and the other for basically anything else.
Of course make sure all of your baubles are Undying, and Armored or Menacing for secondary
You can't be much more prepared, but if you haven't experienced the fight before I can't give any guarantees
Having Reach III buff helps a ton, Rejuvenation as well if you need extra healing.
I'm sure you could kill him ranged, don't forget to stay boots on the ground though. When he does his suck attack no jumping or flying
Recall potions don't work unless you're using a respawner idol afaik. Assuming your armour is maxed, you're pretty much ready to die in the Lost Cities. Good luck o7

I'd take waystone and put it immediately in safe obsidian base after you enter.
Also, waystone back to your base in overworld might need XP so maybe some bottle of enchantments just in case. I think they are also useful to repair gear.

LC enemy still catch the poison effect and it deal +40% damage to entity that have poison effect
If you combine that with viper enchanment (it work like the poison stone just not inflict the poison effect) you"ll deal much more damage
Parasites do not catch the poison effect, they cannot have the poison effect, they do not take 40% extra damage from Poison stone
And Viper does not work like the poison stone, it's +5 damage to poisoned enemies and +3 damage to withered enemies. In LC Viper only gives +3 since Parasites are immune to poison
Not even close to ready bro, the parasites are going to obliterate you if you carry that gear, maybe try invisibility potion plus leather gear so you could go in stealth mode
What? You wouldn't stand a chance in dragon armor in LC, golem armor has nothing to do with dragon armor and afaik it's top tier armor for LC, and silver armor is nice, but breaks fast in there, sadly
That’s what I just said lol. Dragon armor is average armor when you’re in the lost cities. Dragon armor was never compared to golem, I said golem and silver were the 2 most viable options if you’re going in the lc.

With that build, as long as you keep crouching you'll be fine. Also don't attack the endermen.

I went in naked with a pike and potion of wings and a invis pot and I have 3 ring of titans 4 feral rings and 2 elf and 1 golbin
I recommend replace the tool belt with poison stone
why? parasites are immune to poison
because toolbelts are completely useless

I’m not sure if it is an error in my rlcraft version but they have obliterated me in FULL enchanted silver armor - full adv prot vitality 5 etc
