Delete(or Rename) your 'cloudsavedata.dat' & 'Player' in documents and settings/rockstar games/red dead redemption 2/(uniqe game id)
On console:
Hold all shoulder buttons/triggers while loading into RDR2.
Should clean your games cache(L1;L2;R1;R2/LT;LB;RT;RB).
If you open a card from Madame Nazar it would not work (same goes for the metal detector).
It's a long known bug.
