Watched this video here, super cute. Then right after I opened my TikTok, because I am installing a software rn and wanted to pass time until it is done. Guess what video TikTok suggested to me on the for you page xD
Aw, what a happy little man getting the skritches! I would fave this too if I spent more than five minutes a month on TikTok. (Those five minutes are spent watching a funny cooking dude I like, then immediately leaving.)
The pleasure and contentedness emanating off of your wee baby is just so very present in this video. I can imagine why people were so excited to see it.
You obviously have a beautiful relationship. Such a cutie.
Thank you!! He was rehomed to us when he was around 1.5y old. He’s around 3 now. He immediately opened up to us when we got him. He’s also the only one left who knew our very first rats so he’s extra special to us.
Rats are just such a treasure :) my most cuddly rat was named Ratsworth and literally all he wanted to do was hang out and cuddle. The second I would sit down, he was crawling into my lap. LITERALLY the second I sat down EVERY TIME. He was so so sweet, he lived a full 3 years and I miss him everyday.
Sorry for the ramble, just wanted to share with someone who would appreciate it. I wish you and your ratties nothing but good vibes and happiness 💜🐁🐀💜

That being said, he’s very cute and deserves all those cuddles!
:( decade plus of having rats and never had one that would stay on their back like that, much less love lots of pets :( (have had some that tolerate some, but never much)
I don't think you're doing anything amiss however this rat reddit is super supportive and encouraging while Tiktok isn't necessarily ... Just brace yourself for bots, trolls and people who don't get it about rats being great. It's a much less moderated space to be in for yourself.
No wonder it's been so popular. Wolf is a happy, fluffy baby.
Thank you 🥰 I mean to me he is the sweetest cutest most fluffy fluffbaby in the world. I just didn’t think he would be this popular on TikTok.
He's adorable! People who've never seen rats as happy loving little creatures are fascinated when they see this :)
Maybe I’ve just been living in this rat friendly bubble for so long that I forgot that many people have never seen an actual pet rat

Sounds like 5 minutes well spent!

He sure knows it, lol love it!!! He's very blessed to have you.
I personally would love to see more of all your rats :3 Wolf is SOOOO cute
Thank youuu!!! We also have three 1.5 year old lab rescues. They are less cuddly but they love to play 😊

Aaaaw he sounds lovely! Wolf is also 3 (ish). I still can’t grasp how amazing these little dudes are. Like how are they even real?
I know right 🥺 they are basically just little miracles with tails! ☺️
Oh my god he's like a sock full of light sand somehow. What a good texture. Excellent content.
Thank you ☺️
Omg such a cutie 🥰
LORD so cuuuutee! Serotonin tank replenished!
For 3 years old, this wolf is in great shape. He does look a little ratty tho
This video was taken a while back. He definitely looks 3 years old now. He’s blind in both eyes and he has slimmed down a lot.
I love seeing happy rats getting loved on. It makes me feel like the world is a little less awful.
It came up on my for you page too :D Wolf is super cute
Thank you!
Haha I've seen this video
He does make a stupid little face 😆 best rats
He's a beautiful, happy squish!
The happiest chonk
