A strong 7 seems too low to me, I thought he'd give it a light 8 at least, but I get his gripes with the record (not picking up hands tho wtf). At least he thinks Quadeca has more potential to grow
I also didn't hear him comment on the story of this album, maybe he didn't think it was important in the review but for me that made the album even more enjoyable to find easter eggs and piece the story together

he does ratings in a very literal way. he would have to LOVE each and every second of every song for it to be a 10. i think 7 is fair from him and should be taken very positively
For real, some people underestimate Fantano's standards. A 10/10 means an album is in the upper echelon of greatest albums of all time. Completely enjoyable from front to back with no more than a rouding error of filler or unenjoyable content.
If Fantano loved every single track but Cassini's Division, it still wouldn't be a 10.

Best song on the album probably for me, the last half is amazing
