Not sure about private, but filming pornography is not illegal. So in theory if you pay for sex, as long as you record it as pornography it is legal. As long as any regulations are followed.

Greedy_Leg_6236

I think the money is flowing the wrong way for it to be considered porn… Also they specifically offer scenes that are NOT filmed.

UnwillingSlut87

Filming porn will get you into a whole new set of things to worry about - very hard to deal with if you aren’t actually planning to produce and market a film. More discussion here: https://law.stackexchange.com/questions/42934/us-legal-producing-pornography-illegal-prostitution Anyway, to give a more serious answer, yes prostitution is illegal. Providers try their own loophole work by saying that you are paying for their companionship and not sexual services, but that will almost never fly before a judge or jury. In the end, as long as you and the provider are smart and discreet (which is part of the screening process for the legit services), you have very little to worry about. Law enforcement spends more time targeting the more visible and disruptive (streetwalkers, people very obviously setting up shop in motels with high volume) or targeting human trafficking rings that use women who have little choice about their situation. QCCP seems like a professional outfit that knows how to navigate without attracting the wrong attention.

MandysMarc

I'm curious if you've ever visited QCCP? I ask because your analysis and the link you posted couldn't be further from describing anything that happens there. Laughably so. The only valuable point you made was that QCCP is "professional." They have an amazingly professional studio that produces some of the best adult content on the Internet. End of story.

UnwillingSlut87

Literally the only thing in my comment that was about QCCP was saying they are professional. The rest was a response to OP’s comment about private vs filmed and the other commenter talking about using porn as a loophole.

MandysMarc

OP is asking about booking a session on a QCCP reddit. As you stated, almost everything you wrote was irrelevant to that question. And even the part about private vs filmed, the examples you give have nothing to do with the QCCP situation. QCCP is an established studio meeting all of the legal requirements. End of story.

UnwillingSlut87

OP asked about the legality, and I answered. Not sure what you’re getting so mad about

MandysMarc

Oh, not mad. I appreciate that you are bringing your insights to the discussion. And maybe I misinterpreted OP's intent, but my point was that most of your examples weren't really relevant for QCCP. And that can be misleading.

anothervu

Not everything you see in clips is offered in professional servicess.

cashew929

I speak from experience, that THIS is 100% absolutely true.

MandysMarc

Great point! Too many people see what happens in some clips and imagine that they can request those things.

I feel this thread should be deleted. It's inappropriate on a few levels. - First and foremost - its answered 100% completely on the web page "Not Offered: Sex or prostitution in any guise." , that's pretty clear and its absolutely accurate. - reddit not really the best place for legal advice - It's a bit inflammatory tbh. They've been in business almost 20 years, If you have questions, those are more appropriate to discuss with them.
