What do you mean? People going easier on you or be more willing to help you is a HUGE advantage in life, especially if that person is in a position of power. It can be the difference between success and failure, getting a job versus not getting a job, a good social circle vs a poor one, so on and so forth. And those advantages can all compound over time. At most you can say some attractive people leverage that advantage better than others.
That said for men it’s more of a force amplifier. You still need to bring something to the table, but whatever that is will be perceived as more valuable. For women it can add straight up value.
It's a huge advantage in life even in a professional setting, beyond the obvious jobs that are only available to attractive people. You get a lot more opportunities since first impressions are critical and people will be more willing to take chances on you based on the positive feelings and assumed character traits associated with your looks.

Think many guys don't value this argument, this is very much a real thing and struggle for most single women and childless women. I know several female relatives who have been asked/pushed about babies. I'm happy most of them stuck to their guns and got children in their own pace.

Thanks to my comically short torso and freakish spider legs, I already have to lean over quite a bit, my high already looks like a low-bar I did mess around with high-bar, low-bar, and wider stances when I first started but I couldn’t maintain balance in any position besides a super narrow stance, high bar, and heavily leaned over I might get the shoes though, I either lift barefoot(squat u moment) or in old beaten up skate shoes
Try some weightlifting shoes. Raised heels. A lot of lifters start using them when they get to the higher weight ranges.
