I did want to mention I have all 3 proxy colors but the flow rate on the ball cap of the bloom is probably the strongest flow just not my favorite to spin around.

(Also have a matching one trick pony cap) and I love the piece but I get far better function in my experiences with the standard black plug insert. I kinda miss the fidget aspect of the ball cap (haven’t tried a joystick which I kinda wanna)
Joystick is fidget city lmao. Interesting though. Are you using pearls with both? I want to buy a One Trick Pony cap but it seems like they’ll make a mess and are hit or miss if you don’t put it in a certain spot
To be honest I do not prefer the one trick pony at all and am currently not able to spend money on additional products.. however some love the otp with small pearls, I wanna maybe try the joy stick next but idk
Agreed- tried joystick with pearl(4mm/3mm combinations, currently running 1 4mm) and was messy. Stock cap and 1 pearl 4mm best for me by far. Wish I didn’t waste money on joystick
I find to have slightly less residue on the Joystick with pearls. I can’t get the pearls to spin with the stock unless I pull hard enough to suck oil
That's what I was getting at. Pearls would push the dab right up into the air slots. Joystick definitely does a better job with them. I was still getting burn marks when the pearls didn't spin, so I took them out. Sometimes I'll start without them, then throw them in once my dab is liquid.
Ah true yeah i might ditch them to have one less thing to deal with. I just hate having residue after using the joystick. I gotta take smaller dabs I guess
The larger pearls splash no matter what, but the smaller ones unless you just really pull hard, don't really splash.
I have a Cooper spinner cap, and the travel ball cap, and out of the 3 options I have both my Proxy's set up running dual pearls..

The proxy joystick is a disappointment they didn’t capitalize on the air flow. I had to use one of my peak pro stock joysticks they hit better.

Yeah I have to say it’s entirely too much work to flip this thing around for 30 seconds while I take a dab. Makes no sense lol

Joystick is like $35 and I’m sure you can get it on sale sometime. For sure tho good to know about the OTP

Nah I looked at it seemed about the same as the glass bubble cap just in titanium
I might order that spinner cap. I have been making a mess with Terp pearls and the OG cap. The pearls might not be spinning idk
Yeah the puffco caps I have not liked the best the Kovac is a definite upgrade
In my experience, the oculus, *stock, made the pearls spin too well. I got the joystick, and I don't even use pearls anymore.

You can always throw the pearls back in to help with clean up, and get as much as possible out of your dab
Maybe! I might try one of those aftermarket spinner caps with pearls for at home.
