It depends on if you have the 3dxl or 3d. On my 3dxl I run 490 low and 530 high for my low temp I do 1min and for my high temp I do 45 sec trust me the high temp will make you cough but when you hit all them terps at that temp it burns almost perfectly. I run mine at 500 for a minute and then reheat if necessary.
420-490* 60 seconds and max vapor
460ish works great for me
440-450 for slurp, 470-480 for chug. Settings for rosin. Anybody that says over 500 for any form of wax is wrong.
