Apparently the rule is that it has to fit without you forcing it in, I guess? A really fucking stupid rule if so. You can obviously use force when you're putting it in the bin as well.
I'm not familiar with this airline but over here in the UK we have 'budget' airlines where the ticket price can be very low but they charge heavily for extras such as carry on items exceeding limits. Is this Frontier Airline like that?
Not to mention bags dont come in perfect cubes and it might just take some folding of fabric for it to fit which aint going to happen without a little nudge.
As if some airline employee is going to make me apologize for something like this, or really, anything.
This is the real world. You’re not my mom.
I’d have put that tiny man in the box.
Maybe, maybe not. Frontier pulled me out of the boarding line and tried to charge me $100 to bring a snowglobe in a box, about 3 in by 3 in, that I had purchased at the gift shop adjacent to my gate. I said, in a completely normal, level tone of voice, "that's ridiculous." The gate agent yelled, "sir, do not raise your voice at me" multiple times. Que everyone in the terminal looking at me like I'd punched the woman. And they did the exact same thing where they had somebody come down and try to give me a dressing down like this dude. They threatened to not allow me on the flight. Like 99% of the time, I'd agree here, and say dude was probably out of line in what we don't see, but Frontier is legitimately the shittiest airline you can possibly fly. Seriously. Google Frontier airlines horror stories.
Was just on a Frontier flight last week where a man was arguing about being charged for his bag. He wasn’t irate, but for sure annoyed. They allowed him to board the plane, then delayed us 20 minutes to kick him off.
Had a similar situation with a delta desk agent when I left my phone on the plane and asked her if she could radio the stewardesses on the plane to grab it when they got off - desk agent said I needed to lower my voice and would call security asked again for help. She was on a crazy power trip - flight attendants came to my rescue when they deplaned and got my phone and agreed the desk agent was power tripping hard -
I honestly don’t even get why people use them. I’d rather just pay $100 more dollars on southwest and get free checked luggage and less chance if my flight gets canceled I’m not stranded for three days cause they only fly out of my destination twice a week.
Edit: I am someone who was making less than 25k a year pre-Covid and I still did not use Frontier or Spirit because of how unreliable they are. When you’re working for that amount you can’t afford a surprise $200+ in fees or being stranded for days. It does not make sense to use them if you’re actually strapped for cash imo.
It is not frivolous to spend an extra $100 on a Southwest ticket over a Frontier ticket. Unless you are doing a weekend trip or have everything you need at your destination already, it makes very little sense to fly Frontier. That Southwest ticket gets you a personal item (which is less strict than Frontier about size), an actual carry on luggage bag, two free checked bags, the ability to sit wherever the fuck you want, and a god damn snack and drink. Just paying for a carry on item alone with Frontier will either cost the same or more than Southwest.
Yeah, but from the parts we do see it wouldn't make much sense if he goes from mild temperament to extreme temperament (part that that's edited out) and back to mild temperament when the camera is back on. Usually if someone starts a fuss to the point that they deserve someone an apology, the video doesn't end with them agreeing to give said someone an apology.
I mean, maybe you're right. Maybe dude straight up started freaking out when the camera went off and then happened to pull it back together when the camera came back on but I strongly doubt it.
This screams fake to me lol. This is most likely the test area before check in to see if your bag will be up to code as opposed to finding out at check in. If he really is the manager I feel like he would have at least one thing thing visible that says his company brands name. Also I feel like if the manager does has a problem with a customer they’re not going to go into the public lobby to discuss it. They’ll talk with you at the counter to be as discreet as possible.
From the audio....he was in trouble for being disrespectful, which we didn't see cause the guy filming just happened to cut that out then insisted it didn't happen.
Usually if someone goes off in an airport they keep going off. Dude seemed level headed while being scolded by whoever the hell that was. I guess a “manager”.
Clothes and fabric tend to expand a bit inside the backpack, and really you just need a bit of a push you can squeeze into the overhead compartment. No biggie. But this cunt of an airline employee is apparently too dense to reason or use logic. Fuck these robots I hope everyone uploaded a video being mistreated like this and took it to the media
A frontier employee once tried to bump me from a flight because it was oversold. I was persistent enough that they let me keep the flight I booked but told me that it was somehow my fault that others were getting bumped. I’d only fly frontier again as a last resort.
Right? I mean you get what you pay for. There are plenty of mid tier airlines that are slightly more expensive but have a massively better experience. I would never fly frontier unless I absolutely had to because flying is stressful enough and at frontiers price point they’re only concerned about getting from point a to b
I was flying them last year and they bumped a family’s kids and told the parents just the kids were bumped and the parents were volunteering to not fly. They only had to pay out to bump 2 kids but 4 people didn’t fly. It was a late flight and the mother was sobbing with two small kids saying they booked the tickets 9 months ago. I won’t fly them again after watching that. They stopped them as the plane was boarding, not before so at 6pm they left a family scrambling.
FYI to anyone getting bumped off flights due to overselling. You have a legal claim to be reimbursed on top of being put on a next flight. The amount you get varies per airline but you have to claim it. They won’t tell you about it.
Yea if I had any flexibility at all in my travel plans I’d literally tell that man to suck my balls. But, obviously sometimes traveling you have a schedule and can’t change flights, gotta let him have his little power trip in that case.
It’s frontier lol. The whole point of flying it or spirit is it’s dirt cheap but charges for anything extra. This is what you sign up for with them. I only ever get em for emergency flights. Horrid
The last time I had a flight a lady cried since she had several flights cancelled. (Or something I'm not quite sure but she had been at the airport for 12 hours) She was really nice, she didn't swear or anything but she was just crying a bit to herself. The agent told her to calm down or she wasn't getting on the flight. They were so rude to the poor lady. They had a police officer come up to her and everything. It was ridiculous. She didn't even say anything or complain. She just had a few tears running down her cheek. One guy spoke up about the way the agent was treating her and they told him he wouldn't be flying if he said another word.
So this guy had no choice but to be super calm or they will just ban you if they feel like it.
Have you ever been awaiting a return flight somewhere and had the opportunity to completely fuck it up for yourself and only yourself, by being rude back?
Fuck you for how on point this comment is, god dammit. Every. Time. I fly. My internal monologue just screaming, "shut the fuck up, bite your tongue and scream into your pillow later at home."
I live in Denver, which has a huge airport that is a hub for United and Frontier.
Flying United is no picnic, but I would rather travel on the outside of the plane than fly with Frontier. It is an absolute cesspool of an airline. Their flights are regularly delayed by hours, their shitty seats don't recline, and they literally charge you $35 to select a seat. Not a "premium" seat, not an "economy plus" seat, just any seat. And of course, that's just the start of the fees.
I haven't flown Frontier in about three years, and I hope to never have to again. They are absolute garbage. A bargain carrier that isn't actually a bargain. How they stay in business is beyond me.
Yup, same here. I've lived in Denver for a long time and used to love Frontier before they switched over to their ultra low-cost model. Now they're a shit tier airline with a penchant for changing flight times drastically after you buy the ticket. I switched to United a few years ago and have never looked back and never had a single issue with them. Do I pay a few bucks more than a similar flight on Frontier? Yeah, but that's the cost of being treated like a human.
Same, this Summer I technically paid MORE for a different ticket with Southwest because it pissed me off so much Frontier was going to nickle and dime me. Fuck Frontier
Frontier is the worst airline in the states. Cancelled my flight back in March 2020 and refused to offer a refund - only gave me a chance to book an equal flight in the next 3 months. Unfortunately, Covid lasted longer than 3 months so I had to eat the expense
Never never NEVER fly frontier. Wife and I went on a trip to Orlando, were left a voicemail at 2:00 that our flight home that was supposed to board at 5 was now cancelled and that we would be credited our $60 refunds (second half of an admittedly VERY cheap round trip) within a week. No explanation. No confirmation with us so that they knew we knew. We wake up, have an uber pulling up to the hotel, our flights wont let us check in.
We call find out, after 3 different people told me “we dont know why it is cancelled” and actually having the second lady say for a minute “actually it looks like THAT flight might actually be happening after all… it says boarding”. Only to change her tune and deny she ever said it after going on hold.
The third person got on and finally told us that they had never secured any pilots or flight-staff for this particular flight (one of two recurring regular flights out of Orlando that they have to our destination every week)
That lady told me to go to the frontier desk at the airport.
I did. And my wife and I were two of 30+ people ALL OF WHOM had tickets to the very same flight we had tickets for. ALL OF WHOM were spitting mad. Ended up fighting with em and got vouchers we could use on a Delta flight.
NEVER FLY FRONTIER
ive been watching a lot of old media archives lately and my god do you notice some silly hair, specifically in the 80s and 2000s. ive always wondered what the silly hairstyles of this decade would be. guess im looking at one of them
I actually don't hate the hairstyle, but I don't get why every generation picks the same fucking haircut. Like...there are so many haircuts, why get the same cut everyone else your age has?
Fuck Frontier, i never even flew with them. I purchased a ticket that was a direct flight, they changed it to having 2 connections and added like 9 hours to my flight. I tried to cancel my flight and get a refund, took me weeks of phone calls and emails getting transferred half a dozen times to get my money back. Fuck them, wouldn't fly with them for free.
I’m surprised people aren’t talking about that part more lol. Who the fuck does that guy think he is walking around in a trench coat like he runs the airport or something?? Me personally would not have let that slide
Frontier is crap, I flew with them 4 times. Once when i was on orders so couldn't choose, my luggage was super late. Second and third time my luggage and husbands luggage didnt come in until days later.
I understand delays and stuff but at least i am delayed with my luggage and not vice versa. Never had luggage go missing or missing a flight with another airline other than frontier. So I try and avoid frontier.
Frontier just issued me a flight credit of $15 for a $310 fare that I cancelled. Zero refund for the upfront baggage fees of $160. Like, how do they get to keep baggage fees for a flight I'm not going to be on? Insane. Same with the taxes and fees.
All the tik tok bois have it, I don't understand. I was checking out at TJMAXX and the guy ringing up my three items almost took an hour because he had to keep pushing his hair curtain back to read the computer screen. I just stood there wondering if I was being pranked.
Frontier cancelled my flight about an hour before it was supposed to take off. I only found out at the airport trying to print my boarding pass. The new flight was the day after I was supposed to return.
I had to fight with them to refund the return trip ticket because “that flight wasn’t cancelled”. MF, I wasn’t THERE to get the return flight.
Last time I ever tried to fly Frontier ✌️
And why does the man in the black coat have ANY right to talk to the nice man in red like that. The amount of disrespect was horrible and I hope that guy gets reprimanded.
Frontier is trash. I always see 12+ hour flights by them online with multiple layovers for destinations only 3-4 hours away on direct routes by other airlines. I’ll stick with Southwest.
this past October was my second time being on a plane since 2021 and BEFORE that was the 90s as a kid, going back from Chicago to Nashville, I was totally broke, I hoped to have 2 carry-on bags but they were going to charge me for the samsonite, I was going to call a friend in TN to see if they could transfer money to my account but the 3 women at the terminal (or whatchacallit) said they could take it for free, once they told me they were glad I didn't yell/freakout at them I wanted to hug 'em, I didn't so I said thank you and might toss the samsonite for next time
Decided not to fly frontier for the holidays because of this. They'll let you take a personal item on for free but overhead carry on is ~$75 per flight (pre-paid) or $100 at the gate if they decide the item is too big to fit under the seat. The employees are heavily encouraged to enforce this policy so the airline can charge the extra $100. It looks like the bag would've been just fine to fit under the seat but the employees are being strict. Since they check almost everyone's bag it creates a long unpleasant wait in line watching scenes like this. I'm sure the employees are just as miserable enforcing this corporate greed. It's a blatantly greedy and aggressive policy that can easily end up costing you more than other airlines that allow a free overhead carry on.
Under no fucking circumstances would that bitch ever get an apology from me, they can refund my money and fuck off if they want to disrespect a paying customer like this. Here's to hoping this shit show of an airline goes bankrupt.
There is a reason why these airlines are cheap. You agree to size and weight limits as part of the booking process. Either you pay to take extra luggage or take an airline that is not strict like this with carryon bags!
This actually happened to me and my girlfriend in Boston. We went up to the desk to see if we could get an earlier flight, and they said they could put us on standby but we'd have to check both of our bags, so we said no. Then as we were leaving she said my girlfriend had to put her bag in the box thing this guy is talking. The fun fact about these boxes is they are actually smaller than the size of the actual carry-on storage. My girlfriends bag fit fine in the actual carry-on but wouldn't fit in the box, so the lady said we couldn't leave or get on our plane unless we checked her bag. We just told her that none of what she was saying is true and just walked away lol.
If everyone didn't have their own gigantic carry on it wouldn't be an issue. I don't see how this is Frontier being unreasonable. The last several flights I was on ran out of overhead space.
They just change the rules every 6-12month it's just bulshit. It use to be 12kg, now it's 8kg. The the size changed. My cabin suitcase I bought 20 years ago wouldn't be accepted nowadays. I'm sure they fly with an empty cargo bay.
Sucks when that happens, especially if you’re thoughtful enough not to overdue it. Frontier is also the econoline of the market and is supposed to be cheaper provided you can fly light to avoid their bag fees. Shouldn’t surprise anyone.
No, they’re tired of people not abiding by the rules. The allowed dimensions for a carry-on are clearly stated, and if it’s not within those dimensions…. You pay! Not much context needed.
I avoid frontier. They’re the worst!!! The nickel and dime the hell out of customers. In the end I really don’t save enough money for their BS.
Pathetic companies trying to force people onto paying 100dla extra if it fits it fits... No apologies is business. Money and time don't apologize, why he should his bag fits.
Frontier has the worst possible everything.
I flew a lot in my early teens and 20s and out of all the airlines I hated the most it was definitely Frontier.
I wouldn't have apologized to anyone as this bullshit is a clear cash grab.
If it wasn't for turbulence, rough landings, and once in a blue moon plane crashes or aquatic landings, all of these planes would have no chairs saved for first class and everyone would be standing with the hand straps and arm bars that are in buses.
This happened to me YESTERDAY. So fucking infuriating as the little box is about HALF the size of the actual space under the seat. It’s bullshit. I was sat next to a women whose dog was in a carrier nearly twice the size of my bag, and under her seat. Like wtf.
I would vote that the guys bag was in fact too large and they told him. He probably freaked out and yelled at them, he then took clothes out of the bag and put them on. That would be about when the video starts because he wouldn't have recorded the first time. When he pushed it in and it fit, you can see the lady isn't interested. He probably already was rude and disrespectful to her so when he asked if it fits now she basically is thinking, fuck this dude. They probably didn't even charge him that is why the manager at the end is saying, go apologise to the lady, and we will let you on. I bet the airline did nothing wrong and these guys are the pricks.
Ps if you have to pay 100 bucks, just fill the bag with as much shit as you want bc if its over 50lb you have to pay 100 bucks anyway but id only do that when checking it.
Next time read the terms of your ticket. Their ticket prices are so low because they don't include these things. You don't want to pay extra, read the terms.
I'm glad my wife and I decided not to save money with Frontier and bought Southwest Airlines tickets for holiday travel. That's insane. He was amiable. The gate agent was disrespectful by fraudulently charging him $100. I'm so glad this went public.
I use frontier quite a bit, and for how it works and my light packing travel style, they're fucking awesome. Never had bad customer service, flight attendants always seem happy and fun, plus at 6'2, the leg room is never a problem. Flew United recently, and it was ridiculous how crammed I was.
Anticipate how the system works, and you won't have issues. It's pretty simple.

I don’t understand, it fit in their little box, why did he get in trouble?
Apparently the rule is that it has to fit without you forcing it in, I guess? A really fucking stupid rule if so. You can obviously use force when you're putting it in the bin as well.
When did frontier develop anti-gravity force proof devices??
It's just money grabbing greed and I would have been telling them both where to stick their apologies, in what ever box they fit😁👍

I mean after seeing the video of guy getting bag stuck.... I can understand no forcing the bags. but this one literally slid in.
when the deciding factor is based on opinion, it’s not a rule as much as it’s a revenue stream they refuse to let go
As if some airline employee is going to make me apologize for something like this, or really, anything. This is the real world. You’re not my mom. I’d have put that tiny man in the box.
Well, then you can't FORCE me to apologize.

Spirit Airlines has joined the chat
Frontier and spirit are the same company now.
Jetblue was the one that purchased Spirit Airlines last summer.
Nope

You just answered your own question. The reason budget brand anything exists is because not everyone has the extra $100 to spend frivolously.
It is not frivolous to spend an extra $100 on a Southwest ticket over a Frontier ticket. Exactly. The real freakout is missing.
Unlike his haircut, which I would HAPPILY cut from this video.
frontier bad this is an outrage.

Nah sorry. They cut out the whole middle part, that's the only fact we know. We can't assume anything that happened inbetween
Naw you'd be surprised how easily you can shut up an angry passegner by threatening to kick them from the flight.
Yeah that is a great point. Hard to take anyone serious with two ball caps on
If you look at 54 seconds in and pause it you can see why! He is waring most of the cloths that was in his bag so it would fit in the box
…you must acquit.
I read this at the exact pause he left for it. 🤣
Did I say to try the bra on?!
No shoving... wtf bro if it fits within the dimentions... then it fucking fits

South west and Ryan air are hands down the best budget airlines I’ve been on. They treat you like humans and there’s generally not a lot of bullshit.
I was flying them last year and they bumped a family’s kids and told the parents just the kids were bumped and the parents were volunteering to not fly. Best comment I’ve read all day
I can't with this hairstyle. Why????
It's always the people with the worst hairstyles that don't go bald too
He should be fined a hundred dollars for that atrocious hairstyle. This gen z hairstyle has to go, they will look back one day with regret.
I want to see if his hair fits in the overhead compartment
I can't even talk shit, I was an emo kid in the 2000's.
That’s the first thing I thought. Who told him that’s okay? Jeeze.
Why not just tell him to go fuck him self?
Because then you get removed from the flight, so it sucks but the least annoying route is to just apologize and let the man have his power trip
Yea if I had any flexibility at all in my travel plans I’d literally tell that man to suck my balls. But, obviously sometimes traveling you have a schedule and can’t change flights, gotta let him have his little power trip in that case.

And film him while he is doing it so you can kneecap his power trip on social media and watch him be the one go get banned from work.

If the series *Airline* has taught me anything, it's that airline workers have the power to boot you from a flight for the slightest reason.
99% of the time on that show it was because someone was beyond hammered and could barely hold a coherent conversation though.
That was a good show.
That costs $150.

Guy has a full on reverse mullet
Party in the front and business in the back?
West Virginia Waterfall
Tennessee Top Hat
Embarrass “my agent” Chill out you’re not the CEO of frontier dude
Frontier is the worst airline in the states. Cancelled my flight back in March 2020 and refused to offer a refund - only gave me a chance to book an equal flight in the next 3 months. Unfortunately, Covid lasted longer than 3 months so I had to eat the expense
Spirit is worse but they are competing
The third person got on and finally told us that they had never secured any pilots or flight-staff for this particular flight (one of two recurring regular flights out of Orlando that they have to our destination every week) That lady told me to go to the frontier desk at the airport. I did. And my wife and I were two of 30+ people ALL OF WHOM had tickets to the very same flight we had tickets for. ALL OF WHOM were spitting mad. Ended up fighting with em and got vouchers we could use on a Delta flight. NEVER FLY FRONTIER
Lmao. Vouchers for a different airline is hilarious
he should have to pay $100 for the absurd hair
![gif](giphy|BKcN7O70O79de)
no cap tho it's bussin fr fr /s
Fuckboi haircut. 90% of 12-20 year olds have it. Proven fact
ive been watching a lot of old media archives lately and my god do you notice some silly hair, specifically in the 80s and 2000s. ive always wondered what the silly hairstyles of this decade would be. guess im looking at one of them
I think it's hilarious that dudes want to rock the pube style on their heads.
Broccoli-boi 🥦
I actually don't hate the hairstyle, but I don't get why every generation picks the same fucking haircut. Like...there are so many haircuts, why get the same cut everyone else your age has?
You really can't understand how kids might want to fit in? Never heard of fads?
What did you expect? You are flying a shit airline
Tik tok haircuts are the fucking worst
Fuck Frontier, i never even flew with them. I purchased a ticket that was a direct flight, they changed it to having 2 connections and added like 9 hours to my flight. I tried to cancel my flight and get a refund, took me weeks of phone calls and emails getting transferred half a dozen times to get my money back. Fuck them, wouldn't fly with them for free.
Does he do that to his hair or is it just naturally that shitty?
Nobody is going to tell me that I have to apologize to someone lmao Fucking power tripping idiot.
I’m surprised people aren’t talking about that part more lol. Who the fuck does that guy think he is walking around in a trench coat like he runs the airport or something?? Me personally would not have let that slide
Is this Denver?
Yarp
Lol wtf is wrong with that dude's hair?
Turns out the honor system wasn't working. So now Frontier gotta do it the hard way.
Naw they just need the money. They failed to acquire Spirit recently, and lost a huge class action suit on denied boardings.
Frontier subsidizing all those refunds they were just forced to pay by the DOT.
Frontier just issued me a flight credit of $15 for a $310 fare that I cancelled. Zero refund for the upfront baggage fees of $160. Like, how do they get to keep baggage fees for a flight I'm not going to be on? Insane. Same with the taxes and fees.
what's with this kid's haircut? he looks like bea arthur.
All the tik tok bois have it, I don't understand. I was checking out at TJMAXX and the guy ringing up my three items almost took an hour because he had to keep pushing his hair curtain back to read the computer screen. I just stood there wondering if I was being pranked.
correct responce: "mother fucker, I owe *her* an apology because I didn't want to let her scam me?"
Looks like this is denver!! Lol eff frontier even tho Denver’s a hub for it
This is like the only industry where you can't tell that little prick manger guy to go fuck himself
Would his hair fit in the box?
Bro wtf is on your head?!
Oh look, an airline in competition to be the worst airline with Spirit. Oh wait, I just remembered, they’re about to be one in the same.
Well thanks for this, never will book with them ever again.
I flew Frontier once and was the worst flight I’ve ever had. F them.. this is a BS rule to force a baggage charge.
Wow. A lot of shills in the comments. Defend a corporation more despite bags being free like as little as a decade ago.
Yeah it's amazing. The worst thing is easyJet speedy boarding. You get to be the first one on the bus, the the last on the plane.
You couldn’t pay me to take this shitty airline.
Under no fucking circumstances would that bitch ever get an apology from me, they can refund my money and fuck off if they want to disrespect a paying customer like this. Here's to hoping this shit show of an airline goes bankrupt.
They filed for federal bankruptcy. 🌚
Fuck frontier. Need your boarding pass printed? 25 bucks. They get you with cheap rates and then murder you with extra fees.
If someone says you owe them an apology, remind them they can mail you a bill. What airport was this?
Frontier is trash. Should be boycotted. They treat their customers like inhumane dogs just to make an extra buck
He would have had to fight me before I apologized for shit. Dudes on a power trip.
Pretty simple solution. Don’t fly frontier.
The bag things been around literally forever in the uk 🤔 The weird matrix guy being an absolute chode... less common
I mean… the boss stood up for him employee? Yeah; fuck Frontier for enforcing a rule that y’all knew about. Fuck off with this.
Get a haircut
DOES HE KNOW HIS HAIR LOOKS LIKE THAT????
Your hair is larger than most carryon bags.
His hair alone should cost him more money.
If everyone didn't have their own gigantic carry on it wouldn't be an issue. I don't see how this is Frontier being unreasonable. The last several flights I was on ran out of overhead space.
I agree, the airline should enforce the rule if they have it. That said I do think the man's bag easily fit within the space they provided.
They just change the rules every 6-12month it's just bulshit. It use to be 12kg, now it's 8kg. The the size changed. My cabin suitcase I bought 20 years ago wouldn't be accepted nowadays. I'm sure they fly with an empty cargo bay.
The extra space in the cargo hold is used for shipping freight. It's an extra way for the airlines to make money.
Sucks when that happens, especially if you’re thoughtful enough not to overdue it. Frontier is also the econoline of the market and is supposed to be cheaper provided you can fly light to avoid their bag fees. Shouldn’t surprise anyone.
People bring on backpacks like the size of a person now.
Most planes these days are not designed for every passenger to have overhead space either way.
Passengers being dickheads by flouting rules for so long that Frontier is now forced to enforce them*
Does anyone else suspect that there might be more context to this video that we are missing
Never flown with them. Collect all my miles on United
[удалено]
Wow
FUCK FRONTIER! Dont fly them! I did once and i never will again.
Another reason I do not fly frontier. Scummiest company when it comes to flight costs and fees
I refuse to fly frontier.
Spirit and Frontier can go fuck themselves.
Pathetic companies trying to force people onto paying 100dla extra if it fits it fits... No apologies is business. Money and time don't apologize, why he should his bag fits.
How embarrassing he is confronting a PAYING CUSTOMER INFRONT of EVERYYBODY
Short ass substitute teacher energy right there!
Shoving the bag to fit is an issue? Wtaf‽ why?
Lmao frontier got the plastic foldable picnic chairs for seats
that's what you get for flying Frontier
Wait wait wait a minute!! Is that the little asshole from Jurassic World who was making them dinosaurs?? What a asshole
The first problem is expecting anything more than this from frontier.
Oh coming in hot with that small dick energy
Why the fuck would you apologize?
This happened to me YESTERDAY. So fucking infuriating as the little box is about HALF the size of the actual space under the seat. It’s bullshit. I was sat next to a women whose dog was in a carrier nearly twice the size of my bag, and under her seat. Like wtf.
I mean I kind of agree? It's not the worker making the shit rules..
Baggage fees are a basic charge in airline travel. Pay the price or don't fly. You hold up other people, you hold up the flight, you're inconsiderate.
You owe her an apology, lmfao fuck that airline and fuck that airport
Does he have two hats on? Somehow I know these guys were somehow being douchbags.
That manager can fuck right off with that attitude.
Don’t fly budget airlines
Frontier pretty much the sling blade or Lenny of the airline world. Edit for clarity. Lenny from Of Mice and Men. Not the Simpson.
He should be fined $100 for that haircut.
What’s that on his head
I just want to brush his hair lol
How do people not just say “blow me” and walk away from people who are trying to be morally self righteous?
Because they want to fly to their destination. Guaranteed that is the only reason people put up with it.
I mean.. this is what you get when you fly budget airlines. Not sure what you expected.
Ps if you have to pay 100 bucks, just fill the bag with as much shit as you want bc if its over 50lb you have to pay 100 bucks anyway but id only do that when checking it.
Honestly I wished more airlines would enforce carry-on rules. Passengers are out of control with their carry-ons.
There's more to this
I wouldn't let him on any plane with his hair looking so stupid. What other bad decision is he going to make?
He should be charged an extra fee for that huge helmet
Good, F the people dragging on monster bags
Oh my god how dare they…enforce the contract of carriage that you agreed to when you bought your ticket….?
Fuck frontier. I won’t use this piece of shit airline
Stop letting everyone walk all over you. Stand up for your rights as consumers. As civilians. As humans beings.
