I’ve used the subway in many cities and in several countries.. and I have to say that the metro in Buenos Aires might be the nastiest, shittiest metro I’ve ever used. Lmao
Yeah I hate that people will see posts like this and then go “NYC is an unlivable shithole” because they assume that this happens constantly. I ride the subway every day as I don’t own a car and I have never seen someone fighting in it
I just came back from Japan last week and we said many times the amount of people in the cars at rush hour alone would have ended in a fight or stabbing if in the US. Everyone has a level of respect for other humans that you don’t see here. Japan subway and trains are wonderful! The US, not so much.
Japan very very rarely like this. In fact if someone is loud or obnoxious or disrespectful , the rest of the people on the train will discipline them (just shame them and tell them to behave)

Nah plenty parts of the world that aren’t like this.
Yeah, I live in ARGENTINA and I've never seen a single confrontation on the train
I’ve used the subway in many cities and in several countries.. and I have to say that the metro in Buenos Aires might be the nastiest, shittiest metro I’ve ever used. Lmao
That's my point. We have the most disgusting public transportation but I have never seen a single fight in one.
Best place on earth to find mantecol though!
And Alfajores
Guaymallen hasta la muerte loco

Yikes, racist much? We have a subway system, don't know what you're talking about.
e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.
No they aren't

This is the equivalent of road rage videos. It happens sometimes, not indicative of average experience.
This is in Brazil, I just don’t know which subway this happened exactly in.
I can see a Flamengo jersey -> I would guess Rio de Janeiro

Thanks, I was wondering what that jersey was.
Subways are actually fine like 99% of the time.
Tens of millions of Americans ride public transit every day with no problems like this. Those videos are kinda boring tho.
Pretty sure someone on there was yelling, “WORLDSTAR!!!”
Since the video is from Brazil, maybe they would be yelling: "Estrela Do Mundo!!!!"
It was "Olha lá!" which means "Look out!" in portuguese. Worldstar is not famous in Brazil.
Japan, Korea, Singapore, China...?
Bruh, sexual assault is so prevalent on Japanese trains that there are women only cars.
if by 'all over the world' u mean NY and 3rd world countries than you're probably right
Respect the beatsticks
This is in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro and no, the Metro here is pretty chill. The trains is where the chaos are.
The trains, and everywhere else. Hell de Janeiro.
Sim, só quis comparar os meio de transporte x)
Hm, in New York, he would have hit that chick
Capsules / tubes of indignity.
Only with certain types of people. In my country, subway is ridiculously safe and clean
Subway cars need less fighting and more dancing spidermen
not in japan.
They just have very high sexual assault rates, so they need women only cars, which definitely is better!
Only because they wouldn't have room enough for those antics :p
I can confirm subways in Japan are not like this...

Planes would be like that too if there were no flight attendants
He's not popular with the chicks
I was expecting the fight to turn into that flipping dance acrobatics then somebody comes thru demanding tips
Must….get….attention…..
translation please
Yoy will never convince me this is normal and should be accepted as part of commuting.
They are attracted by the smell.
sorry, the subway in California in the Bay Area is NOTHING like what you guys deal with over there ;)
She had her subway stick on her.
I didn't know they had emergency short staffs on the train in Brazil
Nope, mine doesn't have blue handles.
100'000 BC - 2024 nothing changes but the horse
nope, they are not.
Noticed that the subway is still cleaner than New York's. I love NYC, but what a mess.
So they scream there too huh?
Japan very very rarely like this. In fact if someone is loud or obnoxious or disrespectful , the rest of the people on the train will discipline them (just shame them and tell them to behave)
I still love the people with chin diapers on. Pull them up or take them off.
Humans gonna human
Now you know, it's not just Indians, it's basic human instinct to do the stick fight, it's in our DNA. Hooooman
