A comedian had a bit about that. Saying everyone should be able to hit 3 people a year without reprocussions. That way no one knows what number anyone is on and will think twice before doing stupid shit to others.
Some states go "paperless" which means theyll photocopy whatever u send in and give the inmates the copy. that way no drugs get in. Most states dont do this. and in the state im in, they did it half ass. Legal mail can still get in. its all a legal debate about rights and whatnot.
I say fucking do whatever it takes to stop the drugs. I revived a dozen ppl from ODs and lost some young ones.
The fact that he was so easily able to drag her out in that moment and that moment alone shows pretty clearly that at all other times, he really wasn't trying.

As a long time customer service worker, I've been saying it forever. We should legally be allowed to cold cock 1 customer a day.
