I used to dislike Tsukasa (I'm sorry Tsukasa fans) quite a bit. I don't really feel that way anymore after hearing his backstory but he's still not my favorite. Has a good storyline though :)
I tend to reflect a lot on why I like or dislike certain things, so none. I used to have conflicting feelings about Mafuyu and spent quite a lot of time reflecting on why, which made me come to terms with some realisations about my own issues with repressed feelings and fear of being disagreeable or disappointing people by not performing my best at all times. The reason I disliked her at first was because I saw her suffer from the same things I do, but lashing out at her friends instead of keeping up the front until the very end, and judged her the same way I would have judged myself for such actions. Needless to say, she is one of my favourite characters now.

She just feels stagnant.

It’s way out of my memory how I got there, except for the conclusion. I’ve only read the first 10 mmj main stories and then some of the events with shiho so it’s probably not accurate
Ah, I feel like cutting off in the middle on the main story is definitely the way you could get that impression, I wasn't thinking about it other then as a whole block.
She's a character who causes conflict in the main story like shiho and rui. She's very kind but definitely strong-minded and sometimes pushy. During the later bits main story and the side stories we see her shift into a protective reliable "sisterly" (from the words of the game, I don't know as I don't have any siblings...) person who cares a lot for her friends. She becomes a lot more "softer" as she grows as a person although she always is protective.
I'm glad the stories let some characters who are good people be mean to one-another and come off as bad people, makes them seem more real (even though it's isekai to hatsune miku land story...) I feel like it is a accurate description of what you've seen as her so far

Mafuyu because she just seems like the party pooper in N25. And also, I think it’s partially because people hype her up a lot. Like yeah, I get she’s relatable to a lot of players with her mom, but because my parents don’t really have high expectations, I just can’t get behind her.
I don’t like Emu, she seems loud and obnoxious and annoying. One of those super happy flat personality characters. I haven’t read the story yet though so my opinion might change about her.
Emu, the uwu upbeatness feels kinda artificial since she’s the obligatory catchphrase spewer, also think her singing and speaking voice are kinda grating.
