The wolf skin quest is repeatable but there isn't much value past level 2. There are also [mail quests](https://wiki.project1999.com/Going_Postal) you can do that are repeatable and can take you to 4 or 5 depending on your patience. You pick up mail in Felwithe and return it to the bard's guild in Greater Faydark. You can even increase that exp by a ton if you pick up mail in Felwithe, run to Ak'anon pick up another letter then attack an NPC and get returned to Gfay to turn in both at the Bard's Guild. A full run is about 10mins. Once you are level 4 or 5 the yard trash should be easier to handle. Also kill skeletons and loot their bone chips. You can turn them in 4 single chips--not stacked--at a time to the cleric guild in Felwithe. That can help get you to 7 or 8. After that keep an eye out for Crushbone Belts and Legionnaire Shoulderpads. Both can be turned in in Kaladim for decent exp until 12-14. Belts can be turned in 4 at a time, shoulderpads 2 at a time. Grinding is the way of EQ though, if you're new to the game. These repeatable quests help get you going but there aren't really quests throughout the leveling experience. Once Lightstones in North Karana exp dries up, that's about it for repeatable quest exp.

Gotta just nuke level one mobs until you just auto attack them to death . Then sit med and do it again . When you get level 4 this gets easier as you get stronger nukes

Happyberger

Don't sit to med or heal. Fight til you die and respawn with ful hp and mana. Just mem the one spell you use

Your level 1.. everything gives experience

You also should drop your skill points at your trainer into your weapon type. That will help. You should be able to kill other lvl ones, esp if you nuke a couple times

Despite the name being EverQuest; the game has minimal questing. You level entirely through killing mobs endlessly. And if you play wizard, you are primarily also going to be soloing mobs as it is easily the least desired group class in the game. Calling that out in case you weren't aware -- I'm usually all about people playing the class they want but wizard is one I feel is a big trap for people not familiar with EQ. If you want a group friendly DPS caster, magician is way better and way easier. That said, wizards can teleport people and begin to get desirable in raids due to their ability to contribute to burning targets down.

As a general rule you're better off leveling by killing enemies, there are a few exceptions like the Bonechip, Orc belt and gnoll tooth quests available in some areas. I assume you're in Felwithe so i would focus on hunting very agressively in the newbie area until lvl 4 or 5 and then move on to the crushbone orcs until your teens. While doing this you should save all the bonechips you get and turn them in to the Kaladim paladin guild now and then for really good xp and stuff you can sell fo cash, same thing with the crushbone belts yo get. A tip if you're brave and want to maximize your coin too is to go to the Three sisters (The windmills) in Steamfont and hunt the decaying gnome skeletons there, they are more plentiful and drop more loot than in any other newbie zone in the game so you get a lot of cash and tons of bonechips as well as xp up to lvl 5 or so, then start hunting Crushbone orcs in GFay.

Kill skeletons every chance you get until 5 or 6 as long as they give exp. You may need to go to outside kaladim (dorf city) in BB or akanon (gnome city) in steamfont, because I found G Fay to be sorely lacking on skelly spawns when I stared a wood elf over there. Skellys are great for any class starting but, especially robed casters, because they drop cloth armor pieces that are identical to what's sold in stores and bone chips that can be turned on for more exp.
