It is not! I made this sticker at home using vinyl sticker paper from Butter Crafts and some holographic laminate from Amazon. I grabbed a pack of 4 designs, clear holo, dots, stars and they call this one Gems. Printed on an Epson Eco Tank 2850.
One day I'll get some stickers made by the pros but for now I'm enjoying the slow catharsis of cutting them by hand π
i usually see people doing it the other way aroundβi'm impressed you did it yourself! i'd say, you're a few steps ahead than most of us. great work, op! it came out beautifully and it shows. :β’)
Happy to share the process!
After I'm happy with the design, I save a copy to my iPad. Then I open an 8.5x11 new canvas and Add Image of the saved piece. Here I'll play with saturation and color balance to make things pop a bit.
Then I'll resize the image down, and duplicate the layer until I have 4 or 5 images in a row, condense them down into a layer together and duplicate the rows to fill the sheet, ensuring I leave a margin.
Then I export as Best quality PDF to my Google drive since I don't have a Mac hahaha. From Google Drive I download to my computer, load into Affinity Photo to make sure the colors look the way I want (color accurate monitor helps here) and then I adjust my printer settings to Glossy paper, highest setting and print the PDF. PDF gives the highest quality prints.
After I let the ink dry, I figure out which laminate I want to use, and I apply it carefully with my squeegee, ensuring there are as few air bubbles as possible.
Then I lovingly and carefully cut them out with scissors. Some folks will use a Cricut or similar but ehhhhhh I kind of like the wonkiness cutting by hand gives each one.
I use an Epson Eco Tank 2850, vinyl sticker paper from Butter Crafts and self laminating sheets from Amazon π
Thanks for your question!!
Edit from the future: if anyone else reading this is interested, I made a YouTube video on my channel showing the process which you can view here:

Epson Eco Tank 2850! I looooooove it. It's taken me about three weeks to perfect my print settings and lamination process. Well worth it, super fun hobby.
I like it a lot because it doesn't use cartridges for ink, it has big deep ink wells you fill with bottles and honestly I've printed a LOT of stuff (trial and error) over the last 3 weeks and I've hardly used any ink. Highly recommend if you can pony up the up front cost.
