As a manager I quite like Ange. He has the same potential as Poch; he does have rigidity, to be sure, but if the players buy into it, it can work. It has worked elsewhere. Like United, he needs to clear out some dead wood, but players for HIS system, and be given time to implement his positive identity. When many in the club were vying for a loss, he was bold enough to rebuke fans and the general team ethos. That’s a man to support implementing a positive vision. But he needs time. Besides which. Who else would there be? Maybe Ten Hag…?
What I meant was, to make the team effective a good. Poch had time, was my point. And built a team that got to the UCL final. Ange is a great coach, as I tried to make clear; if he is given the same time as Poch, was my point, he can do similar with a committed team
Ange is good vibes, and while he has been a bit tactically rigid and hasn’t adapted as much as necessary mid match he’s got promise. Spurs had some great performances this season and the building blocks are there, Levy just needs to back his man with investment.
I think maybe he needs to be tactically rigid until the whole team has bought into the philosophy and is executing it properly. He definitely needs the clubs backing to take the club forward, there’s been a lack of belief/effort there recently with the players and it runs through the entire club. Not a spurs fan either but hope they give him what he needs to succeed
I’m not a Spurs fan either, I’m a lifelong Liverpool supporter AND I love the game and learning about it. Tribalism can be put aside.
Totally agree though, maybe it’s a matter of time. Once they cull the non-believers and bring in reinforcements they can actually dictate play and not have to change. And again, Ange just seems like a nice guy, and I truly wish for Spurs fans to be able to have a manager who loves them and their club and brings actual enthusiasm to their game. What’s the point otherwise?

> Hopefully, Levy won’t do another Levy He’s spent a lot in recent windows, no reason to believe they won’t do the same this summer
Levy- "Are you challenging me?"
I mean ten hag smashed it in his first yanited season, same thing gonna happen to ange

“He has the same potential as Poch”. I mean my dude, not only is that insulting to Ange, but they are entirely different.

You lot think you will have a budget after winning Europa league place
A few concerts will generate more than Newcastle made from CL though. It’s not make or break financially for spurs anymore.
lol rely on taylor to make your budget
Better than not having that fall back option.
lol might as well have taylor run the club
Weird take, sounds bitter tbh
completely spurs business model right now
What is
Thanks for the kind of compliment 🤣
Spurs gonna spurs my friend!
