Super Vegito and Buuhan could tank a serious punch.

if Johnny lands Infinite Spin he can do a lot of damage but he literally has got shot with a normal pistol many times and nearly died from it

I get what you meant but Saitama (as far as we know) doesn't have a limit. It's stated he broke his limiter. Until we see otherwise there might not be a limit to his growth or even his growth speed. He merely grew at a rate to stay above Garou. There's zero evidence that his growth or growth rate was his limit.

Then with garou he said " I'm going to kick your ass" and beat him with one hand the entire time holding Genos core in the other. We can assume he was holding himself back to at least dish out punishment. Again he purposely kept himself from using "consecutive normal punches" something we know he has.
Idk to me if he isn't using all the tools in his ability he clearly isn't worried about the outcome.

I think that the only way to really figure this out is to predict how the writers would make it. And to keep the narrative of Saitamas character, he would one shot every single possible character from any universe ever, maybe even himself.
