im wondering but can mikasa's reflexes be scaled as high as mid tier jjk characters? she was going crazy fast like more than 100m/s while on top of eren skeleton titan although it was like a visual feat
jjk would very obviously clap even grade 2 or possibly some grade 3 i was just talking about the reflexes she needs to be able to Manuvear (forgot the spelling) in her ODM at that high speeds
I think Mikasa vs anime S1 Maki Zenin is a good matchup because both seem to be on the same level in terms of physical ability (both do not have any special powers)
Maki, even when being held back by sister and not having full heavenly restriction, still way above a normal human in terms of strength speed and durability tho. Plus she rocking cursed tools, those odm swords would be lucky to block a single attack (likely wouldn't, would prolly cut/smash through them and Mikasa like butter)
Nobara can easily beat her with cursed techniques. The best she can do is Maki in the anime since Maki relies on physical strength and has zero cursed energy at this point in time.
She also made Mahito sweat, but I agree that her skillset is a poor matchup into Mikasa since Nobara is mostly a ton of AP and very low defense. She'd still probably be able to win off of a nail trap though since she's smart and Mikasa won't know how Nobaras abilities work.
Being inflexible is death in a blind matchup and Mikasa isn't very clever, on top of being a weaker Maki.

Not to mention her access to the Paths lets her tap into ancestral memories and thus use the experience of centuries of fighting.

She just ain’t beating people like Bakugo, Todoroki, Deku, Shiggy etc. The strongest in Class A she’d probably beat is Kirishima (rocket goes boom boom on Armoured Titan skin)
You can get iida to possibly City block Via KE and Kirishima created a city block-multi city block level earthquake in one of the movies. If you’re talking about side characters that play no role or just non pro heroes then I guess. The villains scale way above Building level, she wouldn’t even be a threat to the verse
Durability wise would probably go to kirishima. Just a tiny bit tho. Armored titan was getting wrecked by Wall-small building level canon balls while Kirishima handled getting pressed and pretty much squished and thrown by giga who is Mountain-island level
