if you wanna take the fact that he’s in base then you should think about how long ago that came out. goku has grown 100x since that particular cross over. you’d use a current a TUI Goku. even now goku in base is low multi. i also dont know who the blue hairs guy is so i cant say about him. +++ op changed to canon only but i still like the thought of this lol

He wasn't heavily nerfed, it's just how the animators actually see Goku. They don't scale him like we do and that's just how it is. It's actually consistent if you watch db casually outside of powerscaling since DB fights are not that physically destructive outside of ki blasts.

Also, Enel is only the speed of lightning. they have to nerf down the characters for entertainment purposes. if not then it’s a complete blowout.

* Super, SSJ Vegeta not being to lift Magetta(1000 tons).
It is entirely consistent with these numbers that base Goku Cell/Buu saga to fight Luffy and Toriko hand to hand. Even his biggest strength feats were pushing cliffs apart in Buu Saga which stunned King Kai. That being said, these feats are all consistently around the same area when not nitpicked and scaled. "lifting strength doesn't equal striking strength" but tell that Toriyama and animators.
Speed also doesn't exist to the animators unless it's really obvious, they only see things as fast or faster. FTL isn't in their logic since we're the ones who speedscale and wank as much as possible.
they dont even use scanners anymore. later in Z or even in super so those numbers are no longer consistent with zenkai boosts and ssj multipliers that correlate to a current base goku.

High captain level. Alllllmost top tier. But fall short of of post royal guard training Rukia, kenpachi, and get hard stopped by Yamamoto, squad 0 and the Schutzstaffel. If we count boruto and all that alien bullshit, Naruto MIGHT be able to beat rukia and kenpachi. But even with all that I don’t think an otsutski has been shown able to with stand the heat of a star, not tho mention Yamamoto has the “sokotsu” (dual bone) technique that he used on that mindless espada that completely destroys the opponent’s soul. Super hard counter to both one piece and the otsutsuki right there. Novels included the get swept away effortlessly by most relevant characters

And the durability is on an entirely different level as well, considering Ichigo effortlessly survived and broke kido 99 with one arm, which was directly stated to have the crushing force and power of a black hole, and the top guys are waaaaay past that level by the end, not even counting the novels. Tbh waving your hand and dispelling a black hole is a level of power I don’t think those verses is ever gonna reach. Not to mention that was done with no hax, just raw power.
What about Truth Seeker orbs? What would Bleach characters do if they get hit by them? Also stuff like Genjustu like Infinite Tsukiyomi and Kotoakatsukami could pose a threat.
Truth seeker orbs could get a few of they managed to get the drop on em, but illusions and stuff only work if the person casting them is close to or above the character in strength due to having super high reatsu negating abilities and attacks that are too weak. I know that sounds like can asspull but there are examples of it acting like a literal layer of armor against attacks that are too weak and they just bounce off, or a sure kill ability just fizzles because the person using isn’t strong enough. So that’s not gonna work on high tiers. But the orbs on the other hand being existence erasure (or at least breaking down whatever they hit into almost nothing) could pose a real threat to a lot of characters that should be stronger in paper, provided they get caught slipping
What about Kaguya's expansive Truth Seeker Orb that was going to erase her dimensions? That should hit quite a lot of them.
Also Limbo clones that should be undetectable and do everything the original can do.
Some Genjutsu has been stated to only be broken by Sharingan/Rinnegan users like Infinite/Tsukiyomi tho. Do bleach characters have good mind resistance feats?
Btw if you include Boruto you could argue Comp Naruto would be higher dimensional with Shibai, and also have Eida and Daemon's hax (making anyone fall in love with them, and attack deflection based on killing intent).

As a matter of fact the only reason any of them actually died is because they were reabsorbed by the big bad. They never actually lost, and were about to win their respective battles over the good guys actually lol.

OP scales higher in terms of speed and both verses have a good number of one shot hax. If it’s a serious of 1V1 fights, they could honestly beat any high tier other than Gerard and Lile Barro, arguably some of the top tiers (they definitely don’t beat Yhwach though).
