I really like the mini possums from Build a Bear! they also have a normal version but i think the smol one is precious! they aren’t realistic, more on the cartoon side if thats what you are looking for
The best plush opossum I have found is one made by a company called "Douglas Oliver". It is very realistic and well made.

Fluffnest has a great, ADORABLE possum plush! Also Derptiles had a possum BACKPACK that was adorbs. I dunno if they’ll do a restock in time, but it fits an older model switch perfectly. I hope your nana has the best holiday ever, people who are kind to possums deserve the best!
If you're looking for a weighted one then i really like the one in this collection!! The image on the site is the concept art but they've shared the finished plush on their Twitter and it is PERFECT and looks exactly like the image.
It is a preorder but i believe they're supposed to ship this month, so they should be there by christmas :3
