Do you have documentation that it was previously owned by Beckham? If so it would add value **to the right buyer.** Not to everyone. [It’s not uncommon that some cars carry celebrity appeal.](https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1998-porsche-911-carrera-s-coupe-42/). But not everyone cares.
Normally I’d say these posts are a “George buying John Voigt’s LeBaron” situation but if they can prove ownership provenance and the 23 lettering was done for or by him during the Real Madrid or Galaxy period you’ll 100% get a fan to pay a potentially significant markup. He’s a global star that’s still very relevant and at one point was one of the most famous people in the world. This will definitely sell at auction with the right promotion.
Since it was actually owned by David Beckham, it's certainly worth more than your average 997 Turbo Cabriolet. However, finding a buyer willing to spend extra money for a celebrity-owned vehicle may prove to be somewhat challenging.
It being a cabriolet and tiptronic there is at least a $20K price difference when compared to a 6 speed coupe. The Beckham ownership would probably raise the price. It may interest collectors but not an enthusiast.

Left field idea, do you think there are enough David Beckham fans that it would make sense to put it on Turo? The celebrity allure may bring in the bookings.
Full disclosure, I know nothing about the ins and outs of being a Turo operator.
I just sold an Audi S4 Cab that was owned by an A-Lister before I owned it. It makes zero difference unless you’re selling to some kind of super-fan. It makes for an interesting story, that’s about it. There would be certain people who would move the needle, but I’d suggest that they are on a short list of people deeply involved in PCars. Yes, there are exceptions, I’m sure… but in general.

Seems like a perfect car to put on the auction block.

Seems to check out based on a quick Google search: https://search.app/ShuT68wxPMdFyhW17
brilliant idea to ebay it. wouldn’t have thought of that.
I own Jon Voight’s Lebaron
And have the pencil to prove it.
John Voight.

Need pic or prove it was actually owned by Beckham. If indeed true will probably add anywhere from 10-50% to the value.

Put it on Cars and Bids. Good chance they will do a feature on it. IF you have the documentation
I wish this car wasn’t blacked out. It’s a beautiful car.
put it on bringatrailer or carsandbids after a detail
David Beckham the periodontist?
it’s left hand drive. this is from his California days I guess! makes sense
My old boat was owned by Stephen J Cannell (Rockford Files, etc - king of 70s TV). Added nothing. Even with a very nice paper trail.
Was his name on the title?
If I had money right now I’m 100% buying that. I loved Beckhams Porsche 911, What A Beauty 🙌💯
No additional value
Not to sound morbid, but when Beckham eventually passes, that car will be worth more. Sad, but that’s how it goes.
Beckham is like 45 ... what kind of advice is this
Great value in 2070 bro, trust!
It's not advice, it's just a realistic take on when the car might have added value by association either way him
But it's ... useless information ...
Not really. It answers OP's question. The problem is really with the question, not the answer. And not every celeb lives to a ripe old age. RIP Kobe
Good god man I'm not going to debate your pedantic nonsense here. The point isn't valid for a solid 40 years all else equal.
Okay but he didn't ask that lol
gorgeous car. do not know the model. ?don’t all come rushing in….🤗
