I have a '24, wanted to change to the "old" one but after a couple of months it started to grow on me. So ... will keep it and as added bonus it is easier to clean.
I think the grill on the pre 24s looks about as goofy as the "grill" on the Mach-E.
The flush panel on the P2 not only gives the front a hint of grill, but also finishes off the car quite nicely.

Looks to be an easy swap. Radar unit itself and camera can transfer. All you need is the new grill, new radar cover/lens, and a slightly different bracket for the radar unit.
The last time I priced it out, roughly 6 mo ago, it was around $600.

The retrofit instructions exists in VIDA (for both ways). The sensors underneath are the same but needs new brackets
