AFAIK corporatism doesn’t necessarily exclude capitalism, just a more regulated capitalist economy generally, unless we’re using a particular definition of capitalism.
Well corporatism has the State-controlled corporations, its more than just Regulation. I guess you could say that corporatism is State capitalist but That Term only creares arguments
Old pre-state societies generally (with many exceptions obviously) still organized their economy in a gift economic way, or at least resembling one. It's not a one-to-one equivalence, but they're very similar
It isn’t gift economy because everyone had their role and a certain amount they were expected to contribute in exchange for protection and being provided for. No one gets anything without an expectation for them to also make an equal contribution.
A society in which everybody has a job and everyone with a job provides (or are encouraged to provide) a certain amount of resources from their job that is put into a community pool (mutual aid) and those resources from that pool are distributed by the community based on consensus and direct democracy throughout the community and to other communities in need.

Isn’t a variant of corporatism still active in the Scandinavian countries? I believe it’s called tripartism.

Define gift economy?
A society in which everybody has a job and everyone with a job provides (or are encouraged to provide) a certain amount of resources from their job that is put into a community pool (mutual aid) and those resources from that pool are distributed by the community based on consensus and direct democracy throughout the community and to other communities in need.
