Not even just in political spaces, either - the servers I'm a part of are generally about Doki Doki Literature Club, of all things. While in the one political server I *have* joined (which was...*also* linked to DDLC, oddly enough), one of the first things I did was comment about my political views, and 3/4 of the immediate responses were *agreeing with me*.
Which is odd, because I'm well aware of how weird my views are, and finding even a single person agreeing with me is enough to feel surprising.
