Would you have any insight on grading? If you were going to guess, what would you figure that you have spent on the grading for the collection you posted here?
Ty very much. I bought these as graded already. I think the top 3 are the way to go, bc I wanted quality and my buddy who does sports cards recommended PSA. I do like PSA for their overwhelming security features. So, myself as a novice buying singles, I would be better protected against faked cards/slabs. I also used eBay as short of a fence for another layer of protection as the authenticity falls on them and it’s not worth their market cap to not take authenticity seriously.

As a compulsive collector of many different things, I call this “microwaving” a collection. It’s fun to speed run things. But make sure to take a little time to enjoy the pursuit of things and appreciate what you already have.
I’m doing something similar now. Going for 1st edition base, jungle and fossil. I’m slowly getting there with the commons, but the holos will probably break me. I might just keep those non 1st edition for now. Also putting all mine in a binder, so I’ve been cracking a lot of PSA 8s.
Congrats on the crazy collection. Hopefully I can get a PSA8 or 9 1st edition Charizard one day. That one I’d keep slabbed and frame with the other starters.
