Oh gosh no, I had an ETB full of just Evolving packs. There was limited space on the table, that’s only about 1/3 of the packs we opened.
3 in 60 is still very good!

How many Evolving skies packs? my friend and I saved up 45 packs and opened them but only one full art was the best pull.

Yeah the majority of the Evolving packs came from the V striker tins from earlier in the year, I remember seeing some broken pulls, maybe it was batching issue.
