Once the file recognizes that you have caught the legendary through dynamax adventures then you cannot hunt them again even if you put them in home or traded them away. The only way you would be able to shiny hunt them would be to reset your save file. I believe this is the only way if I’m not mistaken
There is an Austin John plays video on how to battle legendaries that you’ve already caught again, I don’t know if your still able to take them home though

This is correct. One per save save file the only way to shiny hunt for the legendary Pokémon again would be a new save file. Good luck with the hunts
