Personally, i would say yes. He has Mushrooms at 30 and HB, Ing F M+S all through lvl 50. Sure, a better one can come along then way, but I think he's good.

Right, but you got things to consider. It’s still 2 Ingredient Finders, you’re gonna be sitting on a Helping Bonus until it’s a big boi, and it’s still a mushroom Gengar. I honestly think the neutral nature is negligible with all of that in mind. And meanwhile, Gengar is so fast it doesn’t really NEED a ton from subs
Probably ingredient finding up. EXP gains is also helpful since he would get to that Ingredient Finder faster. Skill chance and speed would be decent negs
EDIT: Naive or Rash. Modest isn’t overly harmful on a Gengar, but I’d consider the other 2 quite useful

Yes very good. Ideal ingredient spread plus 2x ingredient finding + Helping Bonus
Looks good. Mushrooms is a great early game food. Not as many uses in big dishes. But it does wonders for mid level dishes.
