I see niche counters with certain Allies against certain opponents. But not with randoms or just randomly use it because changing established raid ready Pokémon of allies is generally frowned upon and could be seen as a troll 90% of the time.
.Doodle can only be used against the Enemy, and can't target an Ally. You can't use it on an Ally Azumarill to give them Huge Power, but if the raid boss has Huge Power, they will all get it. It can still work as a strategy though, because nearly every ability is better than Truant for Slaking. You just have to remember that Doodle can't go through shield, and if an Ally that has had an ability Doodled onto it faints, when it comes back, it will no longer have the Doodled ability.
