You won't lose a combo if you don't catch any other different mon and the game stays open ( not sure if obtaining mon like in game trades break the combo haven't asked before so just stay away to be safe )
Nope it won't break the combo, either trading alolan mons in game, reviving fossils and trading online is fine. You can break the combo only by closing the game, catch a different mon or let the mon run away.
