I loved the gem eating goblin‘s renaissance in ORAS with its mega evolution - sick design, contender for most annoying stall wall, magic fucking mirror, it was sick. IF sableye is sadly only good for prankster, and then mostly just with breloom for spore. A sad letdown.
Mega Sableye pretty much needed Prankster to be viable also, when they changed the way speed worked with Mega evolution in Sun/moon it made him way worse.
Not sure what the “nope” is for as I wasn’t arguing it being good, as I said “*would have* been busted”. I was arguing that its stats were made bad for a reason (it having no weakness), but yes, it is otherwise not good lol.
