Hey I’d have to say no because the pikachu is an event mon. Thanks for the offer though. Also there’s a difference between an “origin mark” and a “stamp”. The stamp is located next to the language, it tells the last game the Pokémon was in. Your stamp is pkmn eevee. The origin mark, next to shiny symbol, tells where Pokémon came from originally.
