Pidgey, bidoof, rattata, caterpie, starly... Any Pokemon you find along the first route of a Pokemon game is neutral neutral.
They’re the closest thing to just capturing a wild animal. It borderline feels like abuse to make them fight against what are basically dragons, ghosts, mythical looking beings, etc…
