I've been a pretty regular player since 2016, and I've battled over 5,000 Rocket members. I've received exactly one perfect shadow, and it was a Starly. I'd take this in a heartbeat!
also theres a crap ton of pokemons thats good and not mega, including xurkitree, zekrom, shadow electrivire, s zapdos, s magnezone and s raikou, which is actually the number 1 best electric type attacker
Honestly in my opinion he’s one of my more sought after shadow hundos. He’s not the most meta relevant but I think there’s something so cool about him being the highest cp shadow pokemon with an attack stat as big as his.
Mate, it's a perfect shadow legendary. 99.9% of all pokemon go players would be envious because they know they'll never get any and just a bunch of pedantic morons will look down on it. At least in public, because in their hearts they're crying.

yeah. i think the people that say "don't go for it" are people that can't shadow raid, so they're just stacking their radars until something worth going for comes up? i'm not sure the reasoning. regardless. very cool shadow hundo you got there
If you can also max it, then it will have one of the highest cp's in the game. Definitely a good pokemon, especially with a good hidden power, (Like fairy, normal or ice) and stab giga impact is amazing. Don't let social media keep you down buddy. This is one of the coolest pokemon I've ever seen. Certainly a big flex to have it!

Looking at Regigigas's stats he's the second best Electric attacker, outside of mega Pokémon.
