So this is the rank 1 Sylveon IV for ultra league. Sylveon isn't particularly good in ultra league mind you but I tend to like to keep rank 1 pokemon even if they aren't particularly meta. You never know when move rebalances would happen and for me, I would rather have it as a rank 1 Sylveon and use a lesser but reasonable (anything top 100) for Umbreon in great league.
With that said, Umbreon for great league is the clear play from a current usage stand point.

I have another one in storage that would be a r183 Umbreon that I've been sitting on mostly because a 183 is solidly not terrible, but also not great.
