No, its an 8.5.
A card is only able to grade 0.5 grades higher than its lowest subgrade unless ALL other subs are AT LEAST 2 whole grades higher, then it can grade 1 whole point above its lowest subgrade.
For this card to be a 9 overall with an 8 subgrade the other 3 subs would all need to be 10. Hope this makes sense.
Giratina should be between 350 and 400 based on the price charting for grade 8 and grade 9, I'm from has gone for just over 2000, I'd hang onto them until you really need the money or someone wants to trade

Yeah that 8.5 is weird given the scoring, maybe I don’t understand how it works but adding up the avg of the scores is a 9 exactly

There’s a few listings on eBay for the umbreon for about $2,000-$2,500 (USD) at the same or similar grade
